Function of vacuum valve
1.开关气路，当阀1和阀4关闭，阀2打开时，机械真空泵Ⅲ对容器I抽真空，气流流经预真空抽气管路；当阀2关闭，阀4打开时，机械泵可单独对扩散泵抽真空；当阀1和阀4同时打开时，扩散泵和机械泵可同时工作，对容器进行抽空，此时气流流经扩散泵。可见，阀门在这种操作中的作用是开关气路，改变气流的流经路线。
1. Switch on the air circuit. When valve 1 and valve 4 are closed and valve 2 is opened, mechanical vacuum pump III vacuumizes container I, and air flow flows through pre vacuum suction pipeline; when valve 2 is closed and valve 4 is opened, mechanical pump can vacuum diffusion pump separately; when valve 1 and valve 4 are opened at the same time, diffusion pump and mechanical pump can work simultaneously to empty the container, and the air flow flows through diffusion pump. It can be seen that the role of the valve in this operation is to open and close the gas path and change the flow path of the air flow.
2.控制气流大小，调节真空度在图1中，调节阀1的阀盖开启角度，即可调节流经管路的气流量大小；关闭阀2和阀4，通过放气阀3可以给机械泵Ⅲ的入口放成大气；通过放气阀5可以调节容器内的真空度。
2. Control the air flow and adjust the vacuum degree. In Fig. 1, the opening angle of the valve cover of the control valve 1 can adjust the air flow through the pipeline; close the valve 2 and valve 4, and vent the air into the inlet of the mechanical pump III through the vent valve 3; and adjust the true empty degree in the container through the vent valve 5.
3.定量充气，在玻璃阀的柱塞上有个一定体积的小洞，当小洞转向右边和高压气瓶连通时，小洞中就可充满高压气体；当它转向左边和真空容器连通时，就把该体积的高压气体放进容器中去，这样就起到了定量充气的作用。
3. There is a small hole with a certain volume on the plunger of the glass valve. When the small hole turns to the right and connects with the high-pressure cylinder, the small hole can be filled with high-pressure gas; when it turns to the left to connect with the vacuum container, the volume of high-pressure gas is put into the container, which plays the role of quantitative inflation.
真空阀门的种类繁多，通常按阀门的职能、结构型式、驱动方式、材料和用途进行分类。
There are many kinds of vacuum valves, which are usually classified according to their functions, structural types, driving modes, materials and applications.
Function of vacuum valve
