Electric high vacuum butterfly valves are driven by rotary electric and electronic regulating valves. The control of valve opening, closing or middle position can be realized by switching off external power supply (controlled by manual switch or computer) or external input signal, so as to connect or cut off the air flow in vacuum pipeline. The suitable working medium is air and non-corrosive gas.
