不锈钢真空蝶阀工作原理
本蝶阀由电动机带动驱动执行机构，使蝶板在90°范围内自由转动以达到启闭或调节介质流量的目的。
The butterfly valve is driven by a motor to drive the actuator, so that the butterfly plate can rotate freely within 90 degrees to achieve the purpose of opening and closing or regulating the medium flow.
目前 ,衬氟蝶阀,衬胶蝶阀作为一种用来实现管路系统通断及流量控制的部件，已在石油、化工、冶金、水电等许多领域中得到极为广泛地应用。在已公知的蝶阀技术中，其密封形式多采用密封结构，密封材料为橡胶、聚四氟乙烯等。由于结构特征的限制，不适应耐高温、高压及耐腐蚀、抗磨损等行业。现有一种比较先进的蝶阀是三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀，阀体和阀座为连体构件，阀座密封表面层堆焊耐温、耐蚀合金材料。多层软叠式密封圈固定在阀板上，这种蝶阀与传统蝶阀相比具有耐高温，操作轻便，启闭无磨擦，关闭时随着传动机构的力矩增大来补偿密封，提高了蝶阀的密封性能及延长使用寿命的优点。
At present, fluorine-lined butterfly valves and rubber-lined butterfly valves have been widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, hydropower and so on, as components used to realize on-off and flow control of pipeline system. In the well-known butterfly valve technology, its sealing form mostly uses the sealing structure, the sealing material is rubber, PTFE and so on. Due to the limitation of structural characteristics, it is not suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion and wear resistance industries. A more advanced butterfly valve is a three-eccentric metal hard-sealed butterfly valve. The valve body and seat are connected components. The sealing surface layer of the valve seat is surfacing welded with heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials. The multi-layer soft overlapping seal ring is fixed on the valve plate. Compared with the traditional butterfly valve, the butterfly valve has the advantages of high temperature resistance, light operation, no friction in opening and closing. When closing, it compensates the seal with the increase of the torque of the transmission mechanism, and improves the sealing performance and prolongs the service life of the butterfly valve.
