不锈钢蝶阀的主要特点
不锈钢蝶阀是指阀体和阀板都采用不锈钢材质（304、316材质）的蝶阀，密封有不锈钢密封和四氟密封，就是不锈钢硬密封蝶阀和进口衬氟蝶阀，具有耐腐蚀，外观优美，使用寿命长的特征。不锈钢蝶阀适用温度≤150℃，公称压力≤1.6MPa。作为一种用来实现管路系统通断及流量控制的部件，不锈钢蝶阀已在食品、医药、化工、石油、电力、轻纺、造纸等给水排水、气体管道上作调节流量和截流介质的场合，尤其适用于具有腐蚀性介质管道的开关和调节作用。 不锈钢蝶阀的主要特点为： 1、小型轻便，容易拆装及维修，并可在任意位置安装。有对夹式和法兰式两种连接方式。也可以装法兰神缩，称为进口法兰式伸缩蝶阀，可防止管道热胀冷缩的挤压。 2、结构简单、紧凑，90°回转开启迅速。可加电动或者气动，称为进口电动衬胶蝶阀和进口气动蝶阀，实行远程控制。 3、操作扭矩小，省力轻巧。 4、流量特性趋于直线，调节性能好。可用于调节作用。 Stainless steel butterfly valve is the butterfly valve which is made of stainless steel material (304 and 316 material).
