阀门按作用和用途分类

Valves are classified by function and use

(1) 截断阀：截断阀又称闭路阀，截止阀，其作用是接通或截断管路中的介质。截断阀种类包括闸阀、截止阀、旋塞阀、球阀、蝶阀和隔膜阀等。

(1) Cut-off valves: Cut-off valves, also known as closed-circuit valves, globe valves, their role is to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline. The types of cut-off valves include gate valves, globe valves, cock valves, ball valves, butterfly valves and diaphragm valves.

(2) 止回阀：止回阀又称单向阀或逆止阀，其作用是防止管路中的介质倒流。其主要作用是防止介质倒流、防止泵及驱动电机反转，以及容器介质的泄放。水泵吸水关的底阀也属于止回阀类。

(2) Check valve: Check valve is also known as one-way valve or check valve. Its function is to prevent medium backflow in the pipeline. Its main function is to prevent medium backflow, pump and drive motor reversal, and the release of container medium. The bottom valve of pump suction closure also belongs to check valve type.

(3) 安全阀：安全阀类的作用是防止管路或装置中的介质压力超过规定数值，从而达到安全保护的目的。

(3) Safety valves: The function of safety valves is to prevent the medium pressure in pipes or devices from exceeding the prescribed value, so as to achieve the purpose of safety protection.

(4) 调节阀：调节阀类包括调节阀、节流阀和减压阀，其作用是调节介质的压力、流量等参数。

(4) Regulating valves: Regulating valves include regulating valves, throttle valves and pressure relief valves, whose functions are to regulate the pressure and flow of medium.

(5) 分流阀：分流阀类包括各种分配阀和疏水阀等，其作用是分配、分离或混合管路中的介质。

(5) Shunt-off valves: Shunt-off valves include various distribution valves and traps, whose function is to distribute, separate or mix the media in the pipeline.

(6) 排气阀：排气阀是管道系统中必不可少的辅助元件，广泛应用于锅炉、空调、石油天然气、给排水管道中。往往安装在制高点或弯头等处，排除管道中多余气体、提高管道路使用效率及降低能耗。

(6) Exhaust valve: Exhaust valve is an essential auxiliary component in pipeline system, which is widely used in boilers, air conditioning, oil and gas, water supply and drainage pipelines. Often installed at the elevation point or elbow, to eliminate excess gas in the pipeline, improve the efficiency of pipeline use and reduce energy consumption.
